would you recommend using a colon cleanse & Acai berry supplements at the same time? has anyone ever used this? and how did it work?
I wouldn’t recommend a colon cleanse of any kind, unless you’re determined to do one. There’s no medical evidence that they offer any real benefit. If you want to clean out your system, switch to a more natural, high fiber diet.

Acai is a berry with no special properties. Save your money and buy blueberries instead.
