Hi there. Colon cleansing has a long variety of benefits that are pretty amazing. There are several ways to cleanse the colon, not just with water, but also with herbs and nutritional changes. 19 is not too young to benefit from a cleanse. You are most likely to get the most out of it if you have eaten a diet with significant amounts of fried food or fatty foods.

It seems you don’t know what part of the body the colon is.
The colon is were your rectum is. It’s mainly were poop is passed through. I wouldn’t recommend one as there is serious risks involved with theses just like any other procedure. I have heard it is uncomfortable espeically as there is a lot of nerve endings around the anus.

Basically what they do is they place a tube up your butt. Which sucks out all the waste etc.
The risk is that the tube could give you an anal tear or a tear around the sphincter of your anus. Could also cause an anal fissure.
Maybe you should research it on wikepida.

colon cleanse?
I was wondering what results can a colon cleanse give you? and do you think 19 is too young to have one? what does it feel like? and how long?
