ive never heard of that cleansing system but i have been to a spa and payed 100 dollars or so for a 2 week cleansing program. yea it helps a lot! the trick is just sticking with the healthy habits after the cleansing is done. it does help you lose a little weight because all of that horrible stuff is being washed out of your system and honestly you feel sooo much better! just overall.
