Acai berry and colon cleanse diet. How frequent do you take these pills and how much? They dont really specify?


I have taken an interest in the Acai berry and colon cleanse diet. I recieved both bottles and they both say take two capsules a day but not whether I should take them together, or through out the day. The only really thing I know for certain is not at night! Now I work out 3 to 4 times a week and hoping this will help on my pursuit to a healthy life. Does anyone with some back ground in this have any ideas? Acai berry and colon cleanse diet. Seriously this sh!t does not work, just drink plenty of water healthy eating and regular exercise. Get a wii fit, and purchase mario olympics its a wicked work out and its fun too

    To tell the truth I havent sampled any of the berry programs but Im thinking about it. Right now Im just sticking with whatever fruit is on sale.
