I am trying to loose weight and want to try the Acai Optimum and Advanced Cleanse but am curious to find out what the side effects are. I am a bit nervous to try this when I have heard the issues of embarassing moments when the "cleansing" happens. Just wondering if anyone has tried this and if they have had any problems.

Acai has no proven medical uses – certainly not for weight loss. It’s all a scam.
If it’s combined with other agents it may cause diarhoea I suppose – depends what they stick in it.
