it is completely untrue that all acai berry products are a scam. there are many companies that will allegedly steal your money and are offering a third-rate product but there are also trustworthy companies out there selling quality acai supplements.

before you buy, check complaints board or a similar site that archives customer complaints. this way you will know about the products to avoid and how to spot a scam.

you need portion control. I have lost 20lbs over 6 weeks and have kept it off for almost 2 months now just by not eating so much. I don't mean starve your self but if you are like me you eat because you are bored, or just because something sounds/looks delicious, and you keep eating because its so good even though you are full. Also walking is great exercise, even parking further away when you go to a store will help. also, I don't mean to be rude but yahoo has provided you with a spell checked and the word is enough not enuf. you don't sound every intelligent when you spell words completely wrong.

I think any pill you can buy to lose weight is a scam. I went from 250 to 225 in 5 weeks and not from taking pills! I started exercising 30 mins to 1 hour a day walking biking hell push mowing the yard anything I could to be active and off the couch. Next I started eating better smaller portions 3 times a day no carbs just meat veggies and fruits.

Technically Acai berries are pound for pound packed with more anti-oxidants and trace element metabolizers than almost anything else yet discovered. That however doesn't mean they are worth while or cost effective. Frankly they are not much better than blue berries or black currants, but they cost many times more. If someone told you eating naturally sugary black currants or blue berries would make the pounds fall off would you believe them! No, and rightly so! So yes they are good for you, but you can do just as much good by including a variety of green vegatables, dark berries, nuts, and grains in your diet.

It’s a scam, AND dangerous. diet pills can have life-threatening dangerous effects.

The best way to lose weight and keep-fit is just to simply eat less, eat healthy, and excercise more.

It’s a bad idea to diet drastically, cutting down food portions to a minimal, as this can cause you to gain weight as your body thinks it needs to store every piece of food as fat.

I’m sure it helps a very little bit, like a million other things. But it’s not like you can take acai, eat at McDs 3 times a day & still ulose weight.

no! these berries dont work…. have u seen any question related to weight and weight loss and comments posted about the acai berry?? cos theyre a scam. no one uses them becasue they dont work and theyre taking poor peoples money for doning nothing. no ones buys them and thats why the reps for the berries go round and post stuff about the product. one of my friends got sucked in… didnt end good cos they took her money and no results at all.

quit with the bullshit scams……….losing extra pounds is easy……it takes you not giving up and being dedicated to achieving your goal.

work out……….eat healthy……..and dont sit on your ass all day long and you might lose something.

its not going to happen today……..but if your eat right…….work out……..and not sit on your ass all day long……..it will come easy.

quit wasting your time and money………you can do it……..all it takes is some motivation.
